Reverrr is a go-to-market (GTM) agency in Spain that runs inbound, outbound, and RevOps for its clients under one roof. It calls itself the first and only "allbound" agency in the country. For an ecommerce logistics client, it needed a list of 20,100 Shopify stores across Mexico and Latin America, and traditional enrichment tools were too expensive for the job.
Custom scripts on the Apify platform sourced and enriched the full list for $137, a fraction of what traditional data providers charge. The client has since extended its contract on the strength of the data, and brought Reverrr into a second part of its business.
Apify gave us a whole new lever to pull.

Who's Reverrr?
Reverrr was founded by Guillermo Morcillo and Jesús Vivas, and it has been API-first from day one. It runs its own growth on the same stack it sells to clients. Every engagement is built so the client ends up owning a working system rather than renting one. Its work spans sports and fitness booking, ecommerce logistics, and luxury real estate, mostly in Spain and Latin America.
The challenge: a Shopify TAM that data providers priced out of reach
Before Apify, the team relied on traditional enrichment platforms and databases. Cost was part of the problem, but unpredictability was the bigger one. Third-party providers bundle enrichment costs without clear upfront pricing per target, which makes large jobs hard to budget.
That became a hard wall on two projects. For the ecommerce logistics client, the team needed a Shopify-store total addressable market (TAM) across Mexico and Latin America, filtered by revenue and a verified technology stack. It came to roughly 20,100 companies. Sourcing and enriching a list that size through standard enrichment tools would have taken tens of thousands of credits and actions. At published tier pricing, that meant $16,900 to $39,500 as a one-time spend, or a $24,000 to $35,000 annual Enterprise contract, before a single outreach message went out.
The luxury real estate client was harder still. It wanted family-office buyers specifically, not just any high-end buyer, and standard database geolocation search couldn't get that specific at all.
The solution: custom scripts that call Apify directly
The team writes custom scripts, run through Claude Code, that call the Apify API directly, pull the data locally, and filter it against each client's ideal customer profile before anything moves downstream.
What surprised me was how fast we could stand up a custom Actor for one client's exact criteria, instead of bending a generic enrichment tool to fit. Building it ourselves on Apify turned out to be the easier path, not the harder one.

For the Shopify TAM, Shopify Store Discovery handles the core store enrichment. Instagram Scraper adds follower and engagement data to flag the highest-value targets, a data point traditional data providers don't offer out of the box.
For the real estate client, the team built on Google Maps Extractor:
We built a custom Actor on top of Google Maps Extractor to pull and filter for the specific signals that match a family-office buyer profile, rather than relying on generic firmographic filters. That level of targeting wasn't something we could get out of Clay.

Qualified data then goes through further enrichment and into whichever sequencer a client already runs: HeyReach, Instantly, or lemlist. For the agency's own prospecting, it flows straight into Supabase and feeds an internal system the team calls Reverbrain.
The results
- A 20,100-company Shopify TAM for $137 across Mexico and Latin America, sourced and technographically enriched. That's roughly 120 to 290 times cheaper than traditional enrichment tools.
- 219 new qualified accounts added to the luxury real estate client's TAM in two sourcing sweeps, for a niche (family-office buyers) that traditional tools couldn't target at all.
- An estimated 20 to 30% fewer invalid or dead matches than standard technographic detection.
- Contract extensions from both clients after they saw how complete the data was.
- Instagram follower and engagement data to identify top-tier targets, which the previous stack never offered at any price.
Why the clients extended
Both clients extended their contracts. The ecommerce logistics client went further. Its leadership was struck by the technographic detail in the Shopify delivery, data they'd been told wasn't available anywhere else. Reverrr had started out working with one part of the business. After seeing the data, the client extended the contract and brought the agency into a second function, so Reverrr now supports both its social media SaaS product and its fulfillment and logistics side.
Where Apify sits in Reverrr's stack
Apify is the largest marketplace of tools for AI. Reverrr first brought it in to cut data costs. As the agency builds out its own GTM engine, more of its clients' sourcing runs on Apify, with enrichment, the sequencers, and Reverbrain working from the data it pulls in.
